Don Crawford, President and CEO, Co-Owner
Don Crawford was appointed President and CEO of Delta Dallas in 2006 after serving the company for 10 years. As CEO, Don leverages his experience in operations, sales, IT, and accounting to provide leadership and strategic guidance for the company. During Don’s tenure, Delta Dallas has assembled a diverse, seasoned team of recruiters who are empowered to help both clients and job candidates succeed. Don is committed to maintaining the dynamic culture and strong values that have become the hallmarks of Delta Dallas' 25-year history. You don't have to look far to find evidence of Don's commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, as he makes himself available to all of his clients, candidates, and employees. Michelle Cook, CPC, CTS, Vice President, Staffing
Michelle Cook joined Delta Dallas in 1997, and was named Vice President of Staffing in 2005. As Vice President of Staffing, Michelle's primary responsibility is locating and recruiting top-tier candidates for Delta Dallas' clients. Prior to joining Delta Dallas, Michelle honed her investigative and profiling abilities as a crime analyst for a municipal police department. Michelle utilizes her skills, 10 years of recruiting experience, and other unique talents to lead her team in sourcing, evaluating, and validating the best prospective candidates. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys interior decorating and spending time with her husband and son.
Kim Follis, CPC, CTS, Vice President, Staffing
Kim Follis accepted the role of Vice President of Staffing in 2006. In her almost 20-year tenure with Delta Dallas, Kim has served in many roles and has been a vital part of the company’s success. As Vice President, Kim is responsible for leading recruitment teams in finding and securing top-tier candidates for a wide variety of clients. Kim and her team are passionate about matching the right candidate to the right employer, and work hard to ensure that relationships remain at the core of Delta Dallas’ business processes. Kim’s expertise and experience is widely acknowledged in the staffing profession, and she has won numerous industry awards and accolades. Kim is a member of the Speakers CoOp, serves as an elder of her church, and coaches her daughter’s soccer team.
Yvonne Abel, SPHR, Executive Director of Client Services
Yvonne Abel was named Executive Director of Client Services in 2007. As Executive Director, Yvonne leverages her 25+ years of experience in human resources, staffing, sales, and service management to develop service plans for Delta Dallas' high-volume customers. Yvonne embodies the Delta Dallas tradition of extreme customer service, and motivates and trains her team to deliver exceptional results. Yvonne is well-known in the staffing profession as a talented sales and customer service trainer and educator, and is often invited to speak at industry events. When not at work, Yvonne helps with fundraising for The Samaritan Inn, the only homless shelter for families in Collin County, and likes to read, knit, and do yoga.
