Don Crawford, President and CEO

Don Crawford was appointed President and CEO of Delta Dallas in 2006 after serving the company for 10 years. As CEO, Don leverages his experience in operations, sales, IT, and accounting to provide leadership and strategic guidance for the company. During Don’s tenure, Delta Dallas has assembled a diverse, seasoned team of recruiters who are empowered to help both clients and job candidates succeed. Don is committed to maintaining the dynamic culture and strong values that have become the hallmarks of Delta Dallas' 25-year history. You don't have to look far to find evidence of Don's commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, as he makes himself available to all of his clients, candidates, and employees. Debbie Trevino, CPC, CTS, Partner, Chief Strategy Officer

Debbie Trevino has built a reputation as a strategic partner for a wide-range of DFW organizations. As a partner at Delta Dallas, Debbie works with firms to help them best hire top-tier talent, increase staffing effectiveness, and reduce attrition. She has a comprehensive grasp of cyclical hiring plans and the ability to help clients conduct staffing audits, develop systems for workforce management and implement strategic hiring plans. For 18 years, Debbie has worked alongside DFW clients helping them to align their staffing requirements with company objectives. Debbie is an energetic, sought-after public speaker whose popularity extends beyond the staffing industry to reach clients, business organizations, and corporations of every size. She leverages her dynamic style to offer insight on topics such as recruiting, sales, customer service, leadership, and business management bringing her audience value through tools that empower positive change. Debbie is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. After three years in the insurance industry, she joined Delta Dallas, and in her first year, personally grew the revenue at Delta Dallas by 500%. Since then, Debbie has become known as a leader in the DFW Community. She participated in Leadership Dallas (Class of 2004) and is a member of the Dallas Roundtable, CORE 24, The Momentum Group and Dallas Regional Chamber of Commerce. Debbie is also involved with the Rise School of Dallas and is often booked as a motivational speaker for parent groups.

Michelle Cook, CPC, CTS, Vice President

Michelle Cook joined Delta Dallas in 1997, and was named Vice President in 2005. For 6 years, Michelle ran an administrative temporary desk, during which time Michelle and her team received recognition both at the national and state levels for their work in the staffing industry. As Vice President of Staffing, Michelle’s primary responsibility is to work with our team of recruiters to ensure that Delta Dallas meets and exceeds the needs of our clients by providing top-tier candidates and excellent service. Michelle utilizes her 13 years of recruiting experience, her investigative skills, and leadership experience to guide her team through both daily operations and long-term goals. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys interior design and spending time with her husband and son.

Kim Follis, CPC, CTS, Vice President

Kim Follis accepted the role of Vice President of Staffing in 2006. In her 21-year tenure with Delta Dallas, Kim has served in many roles and has been a vital part of the company’s success. As Vice President, Kim is responsible for leading recruitment teams in finding and securing top-tier candidates for a wide variety of clients. Kim and her team are passionate about matching the right candidate to the right employer, and work hard to ensure that relationships remain at the core of Delta Dallas’ business processes. Kim’s expertise and experience is widely acknowledged in the staffing profession, and she has won numerous industry awards and accolades. Kim is a member of the Speakers CoOp, serves as an elder of her church, and coaches her daughter’s soccer team.

Ashley Theriot Creel, CTS, Vice President of Business Development

Ashley Theriot Creel was named Vice President of Business Development for Delta Dallas in 2007. Ashley has been in the staffing industry for eight years and draws on her experience and education (she has two master’s degrees) to bring Delta Dallas clients extreme customer service. Ashley is a critical part of our leadership team. Ashley handles key accounts through designing service plans for new clients, developing new strategies for existing clients and delivering exceptional results to both. Ashley is well-known throughout the Dallas business community for her work as a member of the Dallas Regional Chamber Planning Committee, and her involvement in the Momentum Group, the economic development arm of the Dallas Regional Chamber. When she is not at work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family.
