Delta Dallas began in 1983 in the kitchen of our founder, Linda Crawford, as an alternative to the resume mills that saturated the staffing industry at the time. From that humble beginning, Crawford set herself and her company apart by fulfilling the needs of both employers and candidates, and ensuring that placements were a good fit for both parties. The company quickly grew as Delta Dallas' reputation spread throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth business community.
Throughout the 1980s and 1990s, the company evolved beyond sourcing to include staffing consulting services such as training programs for both candidates and employers, detailed reporting, analysis, and evaluation services, recruiting programs, executive placements, and more. The company not only survived, but thrived during three recessions by focusing on attracting top talent and providing solutions tailored to individual clients.

Today, Delta Dallas employs a staff of over 40 professional recruiters and has two offices serving the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. We provide staffing solutions for hundreds of companies ranging from startups to the Fortune 500. We consistently exceed staffing percentages for recruiting by more than double the national average. And, in an industry known for its high turnover rate, our recruiting team's tenure averages six years.
We're actively involved in many charitable and civic organizations such as the American Cancer Society, the Dallas Arboretum, Dallas' Theatre Center, the SPCA, Early Childhood Development programs, and more.
