Dana Lee, CSC, Partner, Talent Acquisition Consultant
Dana Lee joined Delta Dallas in 2002 and specializes in placing administrative candidates from entry level to Senior Executive Assistants. She started her journey at Delta Dallas as the Director of First Impressions, later moved into the role of Recruiting Coordinator, and finally settled into the role of Partner/Senior Recruiter.
Dana is a diehard Red Raider, having completed her Bachelor of Arts at Texas Tech University, and remains connected with the campus through the Texas Tech Alumni Association.
She is a certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist (CTS) and a Certified Search Consultant (CSC). Her certifications and continuing education in the staffing industry give her the ability to consult clients on building strong teams that endure pressure in highly competitive and demanding work environments. She has also been recognized multiple times by the MAPC (Metroplex Association of Personnel Consultants) and TAPC (Texas Association of Personnel Consultants) as a top producer in Blended Administrative Staffing and Direct Hire Administrative Staffing.
Born in Houston, Dana currently lives in Plano with her husband, two daughters, two dogs and two cats. To relax, she loves to spend time with her family, read and color. She is a true sports fanatic and loves going to as many live sporting events as possible – specifically baseball and hockey. She comments often that the ballpark is her happy place! She is also a clogger (a form of percussive dance with roots in the Appalachian Mountains) and the Director of the Shufflin’ Shoes Cloggers, and performs regularly with her team throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.
Dana regularly advocates for Delete Blood Cancer and Be The Match, including coordinating and hosting multiple bone marrow donor drives. She has also participated in events for Children’s Hospital, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and other charities.
