Deborah Davis, CSC is a Senior Recruiting Professional and Delta Dallas Partner with 20+ years of experience working in both corporate and staffing industry environments. She specializes in the placement of Human Resources, Professional Services and Commercial Real Estate professionals nationwide. Deborah is a former member of SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management) and CREW-Dallas (Commercial Real Estate Women) and is an active participates in the HRSouthwest Conference. She is also committed to volunteering and participating in Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital Charities and Attitudes and Attire, a non-profit providing job mentoring, interviewing tips and interviewing attire for less fortunate women re-entering the workforce.

Deborah Davis, CSC joined the Delta Dallas team in 2009 bringing a wealth of experience in the areas of training and development, HR management, recruiting and client and candidate consultation. She has proven success in identifying and matching the right candidate to the skill set, company culture and goals of both the Employer and Candidate within diverse industries.


Deborah’s accomplishments include: Top 12 Producer in the State of Texas by the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants; Top 5 Producer in the DFW area and was awarded a Delta Dallas Partnership in 2011 for consistently producing $400K+ annually.


Deborah was born in Sherman, TX but was raised in the DFW area and currently lives in East Texas. She has two grown sons and a Grandson that also live locally. Deborah likes to unwind by spending time at the lake with family and friends, with occasional trips to the beach.
