SYDNEY TURNBOW, CLIENT EXPERIENCE LEADER

Sydney Turnbow joined Delta Dallas in May 2021 as a Recruiting Coordinator and quickly advanced through a comprehensive development program, honing her skills along the way. This growth led to her transition into the role of Talent Acquisition Consultant, where she excelled at building strong relationships with candidates and clients. Currently, as the Client Experience Leader, Sydney plays a pivotal role in enhancing the partnership between Delta Dallas and its valued clients.

Prior to her professional career, Sydney graduated with honors from Stephen F. Austin State University, pursuing her passion for filmmaking with a BFA in Art. Her storytelling background profoundly influences her staffing approach, valuing each individual's uniqueness in terms of background, skills, and journey. Sydney aims to be the seamless bridge connecting Delta Dallas' partner companies with the right talent acquisition consultant, ensuring meaningful relationships are fostered.


Beyond the office, Sydney enjoys her love for local theater productions and spends quality time with her furry companion, Sully. She takes immense pride in being part of a women-owned company that genuinely values people for who they are, recognizing their potential and supporting them towards greatness.
