“ This note is long overdue, but today's ice storm has presented a perfect example of the excellent service my department receives from Crystal, Ashley and the Delta Dallas Team. While in my office yesterday, Crystal anticipated call offs this morning and asked what the plan would be. I requested that she attempt to get as many of our temporary staff to work as quickly as was safely possible as [we] would be open for business, and to encourage those who absolutely could not make it in to make up their time this Saturday.
Furthermore, Ashley contacted me this morning to see if I wanted our part time temporary staff to come in early so they could to help make up productivity lost this morning due to absences or late arrivals. I enthusiastically accepted the offer and it appears from Crystal's email below, she has been able to secure some part time staff to come in early. I have placed calls to other agencies this morning only to find they were closed due to the ice, but am proud to report to you that your staff was available to help me with my needs (as they always have been).
It is this type of attention to detail and level of customer service that distinguish Ashley, Crystal, and Delta Dallas as a leading partner with my department and not just another staffing agency resource. It is of no surprise to me that more of my department's conversions have come from Delta Dallas placements than from any other agency.
