Alicia Severe, Clent Success Leader

Alicia Severe is a member of the Client Success Team at Delta Dallas, where she leverages her extensive background in relationship management and organizational development to drive exceptional client outcomes. Prior to joining Delta Dallas, she built a distinguished career in higher education, holding leadership roles in both Academic Affairs and Student Affairs at colleges and universities across Oklahoma and Texas. 

Severe holds a Master of Education in in Adult Education Management & Administration from Northwestern Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Oklahoma State University. She is passionate about delivering results, building meaningful relationships and empowering individuals and teams to achieve their full potential.

Alicia and her husband, J.T., have been married for 20 years and together they have three children: Ruby, Maci & Johnny. Outside of work, you will find their family on the sidelines of a ball field or court, cheering and coaching their children’s sports teams.
