In May 2023, Allison commenced her professional journey at Delta Dallas, assuming the role of a Candidate Experience Leader following her successful graduation from Indiana University. Her academic achievements included a Bachelor of Science degree, with a specialized focus on Sociology and Human Resource Management.

She is drawn to Delta Dallas because of its distinction as a women-owned business with a commitment to embracing diversity and presenting innovative solutions, perfectly aligning with her own personal principles.
