DON CRAWFORD, PRESIDENT AND CEO

Don Crawford, the President & CEO of Delta Dallas, has been a part of the company since 1996. Equipped with multifaceted experience spanning operations, sales, IT, and accounting, he provides strategic guidance to the team and helps uphold the service delivery standards that are synonymous with the Delta Dallas name. Don has helped Delta Dallas build a team of seasoned recruiters, and helped maintain the vibrant culture and values that have been the hallmarks of our journey since 1983. Before coming to Delta Dallas, he managed a stable and profitable company for 12 years.

Don is passionate about helping individuals achieve their dreams and bringing a positive change to others’ lives. He stands up for what he believes is right and fair, even if it does not benefit him.

Born and raised in Dallas, Don attended Texas Tech University before permanently relocating to Frisco. He has four awesome children and his loving wife – Tammy – who has been his strength and has made him a better person.

When it comes to unwinding, nothing works better for him than spending some quality time with his family, particularly bowling with Tammy, something he has been doing for more than 20 years and still loves every minute.
