TOMI MORRISS

Tomi Morriss, Client Experience Leader

Tomi Morriss started her journey with Delta Dallas as a part of the Candidate Experience Team, before moving into the role of Client Experience Leader. A Public Relations and Journalism major she graduated from Texas Tech University. Before joining the Delta Dallas team, she has been a part of several notable companies including Dallas Times Herald and Coca-Cola Enterprises. Exposure to diverse work cultures and business models enables her to help uphold the company’s service delivery standards. She is also a member of DallasHR and Success North Dallas.

As an active member of DallasHR, Tomi currently serves on the Operations Board, representing the Career Support Committee. DallasHR recognized her as a finalist for Volunteer Leader of the Year Award in 2022. Her hobbies and passions include baking sourdough bread, college football, road trips with her tailgate buddies, spending time with family, and pampering her Husky, Yogi. To rejuvenate, she regularly practices Yoga.
