Grace Russell, Talent Acquisition Consultant

Grace Russell started her journey with Delta Dallas in June of 2021 as a Recruiting Coordinator. In her first year she worked her way through an innovative program- crafting and honing her skills- resulting in moving into the role of Talent Acquisition Consultant. Prior to Delta Dallas, Grace graduated from Stephen F. Austin University with a degree in Marketing.

Grace’s outgoing personality aids her in making authentic connections with candidates- leading to long-term placements at great companies. She loves learning people’s stories and finds not only a challenge but a great reward in helping them in their job search.

In her free time, you can find Grace trying out new restaurants throughout Dallas, cooking fresh new recipes at home, or perhaps reading an exciting book. Grace enjoys spending her time with family, friends, and her pets- Douglas, Echo, and Torvi.
