A hallmark of excellence in the field of talent acquisition, the ASA Certified Search Consultant, is a certification program focused on recruiter-specific Federal employment law, and also covers state licensing and registration law.
Deborah Davis is a Recruiting Professional with 20+ years of experience working in both corporate and staffing industry environments. She specializes in the placement of Human Resources, Professional Services and Real Estate professionals in the Dallas/DFW area. Deborah is an active member of SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management) and CREW-Dallas (Commercial Real Estate Women) and participates in the HRSouthwest Conference and CREW’s Charity Golf Tournament annually. She is also committed to volunteering and participating in Wipe Out Kids Cancer (WOKC) and Attitudes and Attire, a non-profit providing job mentoring, interviewing tips and interviewing attire for less fortunate women re-entering the workforce.
Deborah Davis joined the Delta Dallas team in 2009 bringing a wealth of experience in the areas of training and development, HR management, recruiting and client and candidate consultation. She has proven success in identifying and matching the right candidate to the skill set, company culture and goals of both the Employer and Candidate within diverse industries.
Deborah’s accomplishments include: Top 12 Producer in the State of Texas by the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants; Top 5 Producer in the DFW area and was awarded a Delta Dallas Partnership in 2011 for consistently producing $400K+ annually.
Deborah was born in Sherman, TX but was raised in the DFW area and currently lives in Addison, TX. She has two grown sons that also live locally. Deborah likes to unwind by spending time at the lake with family and friends, with occasional trips to the beach.
Dana Lee joined Delta Dallas in 2002 and specializes in placing administrative candidates from entry level to Senior Executive Assistants. She started her journey at Delta Dallas as the Director of First Impressions, later moved into the role of Recruiting Coordinator, and finally settled into the role of Partner/Senior Recruiter.
Dana is a diehard Red Raider, having completed her Bachelor of Arts at Texas Tech University, and remains connected with the campus through the Texas Tech Alumni Association.
She is a certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist (CTS), and will soon begin the process to become a Certified Search Consultant (CSC). Her certifications and continuing education in the staffing industry give her the ability to consult clients on building strong teams that endure pressure in highly competitive and demanding work environments. She has also been recognized multiple times by the MAPC (Metroplex Association of Personnel Consultants) and TAPC (Texas Association of Personnel Consultants) as a top producer in Blended Administrative Staffing and Direct Hire Administrative Staffing.
Born in Houston, Dana currently lives in Plano with her husband, two daughters, two dogs and two cats. To relax, she loves to spend time with her family, read and color. She is a true sports fanatic and loves going to as many live sporting events as possible – specifically baseball and hockey. She comments often that the ballpark is her happy place!
Dana regularly advocates for Delete Blood Cancer and Be The Match, including coordinating and hosting multiple bone marrow donor drives. She has also participated in events for Children’s Hospital, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and other charities.
Cecile joined Delta Dallas in 2007. She specializes in recruiting professional candidates for all levels of Accounting and Finance. She has been a member of SHRM, Young Professionals, Career Connections, Lee Hecht Harrison, DFW Texas Recruiters Network (DFW TRN), Southlake Focus Group and Dallas CPA Society. She continues to participate in the HR Southwest Conference every year.
Cecile’s accomplishments include receiving the Presidential Award for going above and beyond duties and goals while setting examples within Delta Dallas. In addition, she was awarded in 2011 a Delta Dallas Partnership.
Although Cecile was born in Southeast Missouri, she has been a resident of the DFW area since 1992. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling abroad, relaxing by the pool, and spending quality time with close family and friends. Cecile believes that music completes the soul, and her taste is not limited to a particular genre. When asked what inspires her, Cecile stated that she becomes spiritually fulfilled knowing that she walks away at the end of the day helping someone to achieve their dreams, goals, and/or career objectives.
Ranked among the essential accreditations for staffing professionals, ASA Certified Staffing Professional is awarded after the completion of a comprehensive program covering both employment and labor law at both state and federal levels.
Kimberly Wright joined Delta Dallas as an Administrative Recruiter and is a key member of the team, and she specializes in placing Administrative roles. She started her journey with the company in 2012, as a part of the Candidate Experience Team. Kimberly could be described as a driven individual who is not afraid to work relentlessly for her clients and candidates. No matter the client or candidate she is known for going above and beyond. Due to her inspirational work ethic and drive she has become a more indispensable, with every passing day.
Kimberly has been married for twenty-one years to her loving husband. She is known to her co-workers to be a person who always has a smile on her face and is willing to do whatever is asked of her. A self-driven soul, she finds solace in work. To unwind, she likes spending time with her dog – Rebel – and taking him on long walks with her husband.
Janie Kiser joined the Delta Dallas team in 2012 and is currently working as an Accounting and Finance Recruiter. Prior to her current role, she began her career with Delta Dallas as The Director of First Impressions and quickly progressed to Accounting Manager. Janie specializes in recruiting candidates for roles of AR, AP, Staff Accountant, Sr. Accountant, Bookkeeper, Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, Controller, Financial Analyst, Finance Manager and Payroll Professionals.
Patient and understanding, she is a particularly good listener. People find her easy to talk to and feel little to no pressure from this rather easygoing individual. Her unselfish and uncritical interest in others is helpful in developing and maintaining personal relationships, as is her ability to recognize and accommodate widely differing points of view. Being comfortable in group activities as well as one-on-ones allows her to meet people easily and enjoy doing so. Janie is able to reach and stimulate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and interests. She is an unselfish person who derives satisfaction from doing things for other people. Being a Delta Dallas Accounting Recruiter has allowed Janie to build a strong network of Accounting and Finance Professionals throughout the Dallas area.
Born and raised in Colorado City, a small town in West Texas, Janie has always shared a love/hate relationship with “Big City Living.” Janie currently lives in Nevada, TX with her husband and is thankful to have made a home and raised her children in the small-town Northeast of Dallas. Being able to work in the city and still drive home to the country makes her happy! While she volunteers and enjoys to have frequent gatherings at her home, she equally enjoys sitting on the front porch or by the pool reading a book and spending time with her family.
Micha Radford is a Talent Acquisition Consultant with Delta Dallas Staffing. She joined the Delta Dallas team as a full desk Recruiter with a specialty in Human Resources in May of 2013 after relocating to Texas from Illinois. Micha specializes in the placement of Human Resources, Professional Services, and Administrative professionals in the D/FW Metroplex. She is an active member of DallasHR, volunteers for the Transition Support Committee, and participates in the annual HRSouthwest Conference in Fort Worth.
Micha was born and raised in the Midwest and now lives with her family in North Dallas. To decompress she enjoys walking/running at the park with her husband Kris and daughter Gracelyn or catching up on her favorite TV shows.
